COVID-19 Update: In light of recent events, Monroe Tractor continues to take responsible measures to keep our customers and employees safe while working. To practice effective social distancing, our doors are now locked at all 14 locations across New York State and New England, but we remain open for business.
While we are removing the face-to-face contact that we have with our customers, all of our services are still available. Parts can be ordered online or by phone. Phone orders can be paid for with a credit card and all parts orders will be placed outside for curbside pick-up. For all other services, questions or concerns, we ask that you call or email your local Monroe Tractor location.
Thank you for your continued business and we hope that all of you and your families stay safe and healthy. We will continue to keep our customers up to date during these uncertain times.

Dear Valued Customer,
I wanted to provide you with an update following the announcement today from New York State Governor Cuomo. It has been mandated that all non-essential businesses must keep their workers home due to COVID-19. Monroe Tractor will remain open because our service is life-sustaining — supporting crop, animal production, construction, and state agencies.
We are prepared to provide no-contact, on-site services to our customers, and we are taking extensive precautions with sanitation. You can choose to call, text, email, or submit an online parts order.
Our team at Monroe Tractor is here to keep you working during this critical time. For questions or concerns, please contact your local Monroe Tractor store.
