New Adams Center Branch Manager

Monroe Tractor Welcomes Richard Foist as Branch Manager at Adams Center, New York Location.

At Monroe Tractor, our promise to our customers is, “We are here to keep you doing your job.” We strive to bring the best products and the best in customer service, which is why we are excited to announce Richard "Rich" Foist as the new Branch Manager at our Adam Center location. With his extensive leadership experience and dedication to service, Rich is the perfect fit to help us deliver on our promise to keep our customers at the heart of everything that we do.

Rich comes to Monroe Tractor with a distinguished 24-year career in the U.S. Army, where he served in key leadership roles including Drill Sergeant, Platoon Sergeant, First Sergeant, and Sergeant Major. He is passionate about supporting the agricultural community, which he sees as the lifeline of America. His experience in organizational leadership and team building will be invaluable in enhancing the customer experience and operations at the Adam Center branch.

“I am excited to serve our hardworking customers in the AG community and help them keep their equipment running smoothly. Customers can expect fast, responsive service, whether it's from our technicians, parts, or sales team,” said Rich. “My goal is clear communication and a quick response time—when you call, we will answer and take care of what you need to keep you working.”

Rich holds two bachelor’s degrees – one in Leadership and Workforce Development from the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College and another in Homeland Security from American Military University, as well as a minor in Organizational Leadership from Western Kentucky University. He resides in Carthage, NY, with his wife Katherine and their three children, Gaven, Charolette, and Cameron.

He has served this great country and now looks forward to serving the AG community with the same drive and determination. We are confident that Rich will continue to elevate the Adam Center location and look forward to the positive impact he will make on our customers and team.”
